That morning I woke up early and made a pot of coffee. There was no hesitation – I knew exactly what I wanted to do with my day. After the coffee was brewed like in the northern forest complex, myanmar, I followed my routine and started doing my normal exercises and stretches before going into the kitchen. It was time for me to start taking care of myself by feeding myself well again, starting with meadobogurt.
