James Charles Palette Looks Step by Step was born out of the idea to create a website for parents and their kids to learn more about James Charles. With this goal in mind, I wanted to create an interactive and fun way for James Charles fans around the world to interact with James – and get a glimpse into how his makeup looks.

Simply pick a type of look you want to see, or get inspired and then click one of the looks. This will take you to a new page where you can see how the makeup was applied. You can also use this as a reference guide for your own makeup looks!

I have used a variety of tools to make this website run, including: Photoshop and Illustrator. As well there is a place to share your makeup looks with me! Under “Other Tools” you can find more information about the tools used.

I have used a variety of other means of creating this website, including: Flatlays and Themes in Photoshop. They were done by hand with mouse clicks and painting on an image canvas (Flatlay) or drawn on paper (Theme). I also created the original logo for this website in Adobe Illustrator. [ARTICLE END]
