The research is pretty interesting, and I’m glad it’s coming out. A study that was done by IAS and the University of Southern California found a connection between stress and heart disease. The high blood pressure was a predictor of a heart attack and a heart attack plus a heart attack. It’s interesting how these two things appear to be related.
The research is a bit weird, if you ask me, but the research is actually interesting at least because it shows that stress-inducing effects are actually linked. The main reason this study was done was because a lot of people who were exposed to stress were surprised that they didn’t feel like they were doing a great job. So what happened is that the stress response was actually triggered.
It’s called stress in this sense. Stress is a psychological response to the underlying stressor-inducing stress that triggers stress. It’s usually a combination of a general stress (e.g., lack of sleep) and a specific stress (e.g., a physical or mental stress).
