This morning the Portland Fire Department released the final report on the fire that ravaged the city. The fire at the MAX light rail station in the early hours of this morning was an unprecedented event. There were over 300 injuries, but they only have the report from the first responders on scene.
We can’t blame the Portland Fire Department for saying that they’re still investigating the fire and are trying to figure out how they can get the fire crews out of the city. Although the reports are still incomplete, the Portland Fire Department released a complete report on this fire after the fire department had a chance to check it out. The report says that the fire was on the ground but it’s unclear what caused the fire.
The report says it started in the garage of a house. This is consistent with our report from earlier this morning that said the fire was on the ground. The report also says that it is the first reported fire on the area in the last month. The report also says that the fire was in a bedroom of a house and that it took the roof down.
The house that the fire is in is a duplex in the 100 block of 9th Avenue in the east end of the city. The house was occupied, according to city records, by a man named Dan. A couple of days after the fire, Dan’s house was being foreclosed on and sold. Dan’s wife, Lisa, is a stay-at-home mom. The couple’s two children are all in school.
It’s worth noting that the fire department has gotten a little slack in the past when it comes to reports of fires. In one instance, a fire was reported at a house in an unincorporated area of the city at the intersection of S.W. Belmont and N.W. 1st streets, but it was cleared up without incident. Another time, a fire was reported at a home on the west side of the city at the intersection of S.W.
The Fire Department has been on a little trip since the fire started. They’ve been active and have been on the lookout for people to report these kind of fires. They’ve given the fire department a reason to shut down the department. I’m not sure whether this is a good thing or a bad thing either way, but I think it’s a pretty good thing to have.
It is. At least it seems that way from the news reports. As for the fire department, I guess the best thing would be to just shut it down. People are already reporting they’ve been receiving calls from people who have been on the fire department.
Well it is a real fire, and according to the news reports, it is pretty bad. One of the buildings hit by the fire was a library, which is definitely a fire hazard. I guess we can safely say that it is not a good thing that the fire department is still running this day.
The fire is still ongoing, but I imagine it will be days before the damage is done. While the fire department is having a hard time controlling the spread of the fire, another fire department is trying to put out a very large blaze. That one is pretty bad, too. I bet that the fire department is not the only one that is trying to put out a fire. The police are also going to be called to help put out the fires.
Police have been requested to help put out the fire in the neighboring town of Westport. That fire is still a good three hours away from downtown. We’re not sure whether or not the victims were still conscious when they died, but I imagine they were. I guess the important thing is that the fire department is still trying to put out the fire. I’m sure they’re going to make it to the emergency room before they lose their minds.
