At the finale of the fourth season, we learned that Doc’s grandchild, Denny, has Huntington’s disease. In a discussion with Entertainment Weekly, Tim Matheson, who plays Doc, stated that all this news will have an impact on his character: “‘I could fix this,’ most doctors believe. There’s that issue. What’s wonderful is that Hope has welcomed Denny into their residence, and he’s now a part of it. Being enveloped by love, perhaps even more than medical assistance is as essential as a medical treatment for his disease.”

Brie also confronted her abusive ex, Don. she told The people about her connection with Brady. “I believe them? They come from such diverse backgrounds. So the big question is, ‘Can they make it work and establish a genuine day-to-day correlation?'”

All whilst, at the conclusion of Season 5, we understood that Preacher might or might not have brutally murdered Vince. “I can’t actually tell you [if he brutally murdered him],” executive producer Patrick Sean Smith said to Entertainment Weekly. “It’s something we notice right away. Season 5 picks up immediately after that incident.” He continued: “I understand the significance of that relationship. Not only between Preacher and Paige, but also among Preacher and Christopher, so it’s an issue we’ll undoubtedly service and identify in season 5.”
