The whole story seems to have a similar formula to the Descendants series. We meet Tom Cruise at a party, he and his friends are having a fun night, but something in the air is not right. He takes a flight to this other world where his friends are all missing. The reason he is here is because he knows that they have to be here either because he knew they would be and they did something to him or because he knows that they know he is here.
Deathloop is a good example. Tom Cruise does what the characters in the first Deathloop series do, and that’s to get the main character to do the same thing. Tom Cruise is a brilliant and brilliant character, but then the show doesn’t seem to do a good job of doing a good job at explaining why this character has nothing to do with the series.

In this case, we do feel like it is missing something. This is particularly true if we want to see how the story develops over the course of the game. I don’t see the point in a story if it is never going to be clear.
