We have a Briggs and Stratton engine that was left outside all winter. It has never run, so we are unsure of what the problem is. We know it needs gas but there’s no way to start the engine without priming it – which can only be done when you take off the air filter cover on top of the carburetor and pour in some fuel from an old milk jug or something.
