I am a lifelong optimist, someone who has a strong belief in the power of positive thinking, even when things are challenging. When things seem like a struggle, I can have my head on straight. I’m not a Pollyanna type of person, though. I’m quite realistic about the reality of life and I know that it’s not always going to go my way.
I always try to remind myself that the bad stuff that happens to you makes you stronger and that you can take it. That’s why I am a big proponent of the DMT diet. It’s not about being on some magical potion of “positive thinking” so that you don’t have to think about your problems, but rather about finding a solution to your problems.

That means it cannot be taken in a diet… but it is possible to get it by drinking it, which can be useful and effective.
