Grant Lockwood Prey: A Beginners Guide to become a Pro!

Guide for grant lockwood prey.

The grant lockwood prey is the most common of predators in the forest.

The prey also has keen eyesight, strong jaws and sharp teeth. The grant preys diet usually includes small rodents, frogs and some vegetation as well as small bites from larger herbivores such as deer or rabbits.

In order to become a pro it is essential to learn about the grant preys habitat, their social structure and how they hunt those who enter their territory.

Grant prey habitat:

The nest of the grant prey is located in the ground and constructed from dead leaves and grass.

The nest is placed close to a water source such as a small stream or pond.

To find a good location for your home you should search near open areas, wooded areas, meadows with lots of tiny plants and moderate temperatures.

Areas with severe temperature changes and extreme humidity are unsuitable to live in, because they can cause the prey to become sick.

Above all be careful where you place your nest because if attacked by any creatures it is easy to become injured or even killed.

Social structure:

The grant prey’s social structure is very similar to that of humans.

The prey usually live in family units which have as few as two members or as many as 20. The group is led by the alpha male and is protected by a strong alpha female.

The other members of the group are mostly young and are taught how to hunt, how to protect the nest from invaders and the best way to sneak around without being noticed.

How they hunt:

The prey has great speed, agility and can jump long distances when hunting or avoiding danger! They normally stalk their target, sometimes for hours undetected before showing themselves.

They use the element of surprise to their advantage, striking quick and hard with sharp claws. If the prey is in a group they usually attack as one but if they are alone they will also jump onto their target and go straight for the neck.

The prey has keen eye-sight which is used to corner its target. The danger of being attacked by a group of preys is that it can easily surround you, making it nearly impossible to escape.

How do I know if there are any in my area?

There is a very easy way to tell if there are any close by. First, you must find a friend or someone who can fight back, then go to the nearest water hole.

When you get there your eyes should start watering and burning very badly. If this is happening, leave the area immediately and head for the woods.

This happens because prey excreted from the glands near their tail has a poisonous effect on humans and other mammals. Just to be safe, never drink from waterfalls or streams when around a town or an open campfire or any bright light.

Conclusion:

This concludes how to become a professional prey. You now know how they choose their habitat, how they hunt and their social structure.

With this knowledge you should be able to live a long life and prosper! Good luck and remember to always stay low and keep moving!

Knowledge check:

1) What nutritional habits do the prey have? (Food and drink, if you want to learn about the prey’s diet).

2) How large can a nest be? (The size of the nest is usually one that can fit in a small lake or in a warehouse).

3) How many members of the group do they normally have? (The prey usually consists of one alpha male, an alpha female and other members).

4) If a member of the group is injured, how is it replaced? (If there are only two members, one can leave and seek out another group. If there are more than two members, one of the original members has to leave and join another group).

5) What is the average lifespan of a prey? (The lifespan of a prey is around 40 years or more if it finds a safe place to live).

6) If you see water running from your eyes, do you know why this happens? (Simply put it is because the prey’s toxic excrement has been irritating the eyes).

7) How does a group of prey corner their prey? (If they have attacked together and have formed a circle around their target).

8) Can the prey jump long distances? (The prey has strong legs and is capable of running across streams, forests and can easily jump a metre or more high).

9) How to become a professional prey? (Should always be very quiet and only swallow as much food as can be safely stored in their stomach).
