The Top 10 Traits Pure Saiyans Ceos Have in Common

The Saiyans are a species in the popular anime series Dragon Ball Z. Saiyans have several unique features that set them apart from the other members of their race, and the traits they have in common seem to be what make these individuals so successful. With talents ranging from violent and ruthless to cunning and deceptive, Saiyans make up the majority of villains in Dragon Ball Z. Their brutal fighting style makes them a force to be reckoned with, even against other aliens that are clearly far more powerful than they are. The female saiyan names strength is what allows them to compete against the most powerful fighters in the galaxy, though their most unique trait may be their adaptability.

The Top Ten Traits Pure Saiyans have in Common

10.) Scaly Skin –

As one would expect, all Saiyans have scaly skin. In fact, it is their main distinguishing feature. Most Saiyans are green or blue in their natural forms, but the color of their scales changes based on the Saiyan’s personality. Blue-skinned Saiyans like Kakarot (Goku) and Raditz are calm and collected, while green-skinned Saiyans like Nappa and Vegeta are brash, aggressive individuals. The different shades of saiyan skin also determine how well a Saiyan’s hair can burn or turn into a flame when exposed to a stronger flame than its regular flame allows.

9.) Black Hair –

As previously mentioned, all Saiyans have black hair. However, not all black-haired Saiyans have red eyes like Goku does. This makes it easy to tell which Saiyans are pure. Only those with both dark hair and red eyes are true Saiyans.

8.) Tail –

All Saiyans, even those who were born in the Other World or are a Namekian/Saiyan hybrid, have tails. However, these tails never seem to be used by the Saiyans for anything other than to signify their Saiyan status. If Goku had been allowed on Earth when he was still young enough for a tail, it is possible that he may have used his tail instead of his Power Pole during the 22nd World Martial Arts Tournament.

7.) Saiyan Rage –

Saiyan Rage is what sets Saiyans apart from other members of the alien race. Not only do Saiyans have the ability to go Super Saiyan; they also have access to a sort of “berserker rage” that takes hold of them when they are angry. This can quickly turn disadvantageous situations into something completely different, making Saiyans much more dangerous opponents than they first appear.

6.) Preference for Battle –

Saiyans are interested in nothing more than fighting and training. Even when it comes time for them to be a family, their minds never stray far from fighting. Goku’s father, Gohan, and his future son, Goten, are an example of this.

5.) Super Saiyan –

This is what sets the Saiyans apart from others. Super Saiyan marks the point at which most Saiyans begin to develop more power than they had before. If a pure Saiyan has enough training and fighting experience behind him, he can eventually reach this level on his own; however, it is far more common for a pure Saiyan to reach this level through special training in which he is typically forced or pressured into surpassing his normal limits. It should be noted that Goku reaches Super Saiyan at age 7 in Dragon Ball Z episode 76 (the “Super Saiya-jin 2”).

4.) Saiyans Love Fighting –

Saiyans love fighting more than just about anything else. Even if they have everything they could possibly want, Saiyans are happiest when they are either training to fight or actually fighting with someone. The fact that Goku became so strong against Mr. Popo’s wishes, despite being mostly raised by King Kai in Other World, shows that the Saiyan love of fighting is so profound that it can even overpower the yearning for a better afterlife.

3.) Rapid Spiritual Development –

Saiyans are among the most spiritual members of the alien race. This is not just because of their Saiyan nature; it is also because of their advanced age. The age at which Saiyans become pure has varied across the series, but it appears that pure Saiyans can become more powerful than any other alien with only five to ten years training and experience.

2.) Explosive Powers –

Saiyans have explosive power, even though they appear to be average on the outside. Even a Saiyan’s second-lowest form, the “Great Ape”, allows them to throw very large punches (in Dragon Ball Z episode 43, Goku uses this attack against Nappa). The way the Saiyans increase their speed and strength have remained consistent across the franchise, making it easier for them to beat opponents that appear to be more powerful or trained than they are. However, Saiyans are always capable of increasing their power beyond what is considered normal for most on their level. The only exception is Goku, who seemed to reach his full potential at an earlier age.

1.) Saiyan Rage –

Saiyan Rage is what sets the Saiyans apart from other members of their race. This ability can turn a fight around and make a losing battle into a fight that appears nearly lost by the opponent instead. This is how Goku defeated Freeza, who, at first, had the upper hand. He went Super Saiyan and attacked Freeza, who then lost all interest in beating Goku.

Conclusion:

These are the ten traits that identify the Saiyans as a race. There are many more that could be included, but these 10 traits sum up the Saiyans as a whole. Though they are much more different from each other than humans are from apes, it appears that there is still some common ground between them and apes. The Saiyan race also has much in common with humans, with many of these same traits being shared by both species (such as the brash aggression and tendency to love fighting). Still, it should be noted that there are some differences between humans and Saiyans, such as their inhuman strength and ability to go Super Saiyan at will.
