3. Mentor.

Do you know someone that you could go to for career advice? If so, ask them for advice, but don’t be afraid to also listen to their ideas and career suggestions. It’s better not to show your work than it is to show that you don’t understand how things work already at this level of advancement in my thinking.

Do you know where the business is going these days? What are they always doing to help their customers, both personal and with those who aren’t associated with their business? Look at what else they’re doing to thrive and then learn from them. You can jump start your knowledge by subscribing to their social media accounts and following the company’s activities on twitter, instagram and other social media platforms. This will give you more recent news on what’s going on at a glance in a variety of fields that you may be interested in. Don’t be afraid to ask for advice if needed as well. Any feedback they give you is better than none at all. You never know what could turn into a great career opportunity or lead on a fantastic business idea.

7. Socialize.

Being active on social media profiles for the company is a great way to network with others who work for and with this company as well as other customers and potential customers. You can find out what others think about certain products and services, see their reviews and even ask them questions on specific products that are of interest to you. Asking questions about their experience can give you a good idea if the business is really worth anything in the long run.
