Why Kids Love Hotels?

One of the most popular destinations for families is a hotel. With amenities like free breakfast, pools and hot tubs, late-night ice cream, onsite restaurants and arcade games, who could resist? Check out these top hotels globally.

In this post we will explore why kids love hotels. So stay tuned as we talk about the convenience of staying at a hotel versus going through all of your bedtime routines at home! We will also be covering some insight on what to do when you first arrive and how to make your stay more enjoyable!

Now with that all said let’s get started on the real reason you are here – what makes kids love hotels so much?!

1. FREE STUFF

Kids love free stuff, and a hotel is no exception. With a hotel stay your child will get FREE breakfast, FREE cookies and milk, FREE pool time and FREE late night snacks. Most hotels have free stuff for kids. Everything from free breakfast (sometimes if you stay for one night) to movie tickets and ice cream! These are great places to let your kids get a taste of traveling without losing sight of the fact that they are still back home.

2. AMENITY ROOMS

Hotels have the ability to be suites with separate rooms. This can be great if you have a group or if you have a kid who needs quiet time away from you (unless of course they’re sleeping, then carry on!) These rooms often come with a mini-bar, refrigerator, microwave and most importantly a TV! These rooms are in some cases more expensive than regular rooms but they’re usually worth it because kids don’t have to pay for cable. You can also use them as self check-in/check-out areas which will make everything faster!

3. ACTIVITIES

Activities are a huge reason why kids love hotels. Hotel pools are great because many of them have hot tubs and water slides! The pool time is great for kids because it is fun and a good way to keep kids occupied. From pools and hot tubs to arcade games, you can’t really go wrong with these places. It’s like having your own fun zone that you get to play all day long!

4. BEDS

Beds are by far the number one reason why kids love hotels. Many hotels have kid-sized beds and cribs. These are a great way to save space in the room and make sure your kids sleep well. These usually have extra pillows and blankets in case they get cold which is perfect if you have a child who likes it cold when they sleep!

5. CONVENIENCE

If you’re traveling with a family, then the hotel provides a certain amount of convenience and easy access. Instead of climbing over boxes to find the right bed, you can just walk right into your room! They even provide phone services for your phone so that’s basically a dream come true for all of us!

6. ENTERTAINMENT

Most hotels have staff members who are happy to give out toys, coloring books and even playing cards in exchange for coins or chips. These are great things to have in the kids’ rooms because it gives them something to do while waiting for their meals!

7. FOOD

There is a very good reason why hotels provide food for their guests. The food they provide is typically better than the meals you get when eating out and they’re more than welcome to extra servings if needed! This can come in handy if you’ve got a child on a diet or who is always hungry because of picky eating.

8. HYGIENE

Since you can do laundry at the hotel, that means no more dealing with smelly dirty clothes! No one likes to wear dirty clothes especially for long trips so this is great for kids and adults alike! They also have special rooms that allow you to get clean so everything will be easy from toothbrushes and shampoo to changing diapers!

9. RELAXATION

When you are in a hotel, you tend to relax a lot more which means less stress on everyone. This can be really important for children because it can help them to slow down and take in their surroundings.

10. SECURITY

If you stay in a hotel, that means that you feel safe and secure at all times. For example, if your child is sleeping in the room with you then no one will try to break into the room or steal your belongings! That’s something that would make any parent worry!

Conclusion:

You might be thinking: “Why would I want to stay in a hotel when I can just stay at home?” Hotels are definitely more convenient. In most hotels, you don’t have to worry about walking through the house or getting locks changed. You also don’t have to bring your own towels and bed sheets which is great for families who don’t have that much room in their cars!

So if you are looking for a place with good food and plenty of entertainment for your kids, then why not give it a try and see how much fun you can have?
