I just learned something about “woonsocket” this week… this is not a real town, but rather a fictional region of Ohio that is featured in the famous movie “The Hangover” (the movie that is basically about a group of friends getting together for a trip to Woonsocket) and in the books by the same name.
I’ve always liked the idea of fictional towns, but I’ve never actually seen one. But I’m sure you can find one.
You can find a description of the town in your head and a short description of the other town, or a few pages of the book. And of course any website will have a link to the description, just like a map.
This is a town in the town of Woonsocket, Ohio. It is so small and quaint and secluded that it actually has a name. The town is called Woonsocket because of the Woonsocket lighthouse and a former shipyard that has since been completely turned into a tourist attraction. As a side note, the town has a very interesting history. In the early 1800s, the town was home to the town of Woonsocket, Ohio.
This is a town that has had a very interesting past. It was a center of the tobacco trade in the 1800s and it then became a boomtown during the early 1900s and was named after the company that was responsible for the boom in the industry. In the 1950s the town was called the “Big Smoke” because it’s one of the few places in the state that still smokes tobacco.
The town was also the scene of one of the most notorious murders of the late 1900s. In that year, three men went to gun-shooting school in the small town and one of them shot and killed a local boy. The townspeople got together and lynched the killers and the local police chief became the target of their revenge. The townspeople came up with the idea of killing the police chief with a giant bowling pin.
Although the story is probably apocryphal, the fact that you can buy some tobacco here is a nice added bonus.
This was the second of my posts about the infamous shooting. The first one, about the townspeople’s plan to kill the police chief with a giant bowling pin and the townspeople’s possible reaction in the story, is available here. The third one, about the bowling pin’s possible reaction to the incident, is available here.
I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty skeptical about the idea of killing police chiefs. I mean, we all know they’re a bunch of assholes who are too busy making their money to be bothered with anything else. But I’m sure they’re not the only ones who don’t like it when the cops get their ass whupped. Here’s some more information about the mayor’s plan to eliminate the police chief with a bowling pin.
I don’t really have a problem with the idea of using bowling pins to make a point about a police chief getting a whupped, but I do have a problem with the idea that you actually use them as a weapon. For instance, when you whup the Chief, you whup the Chief on his ass. I would much rather see the Chief get whupped by the cops, not his ass.
