We are bombarded with messages about what we should be eating, especially when it comes to food. Too many of these ideas are weight-loss focused without considering other health benefits. That’s why I’m writing this article to share seven wild and sometimes outrageous (but healthy) ideas for your food. One important note is that these ideas don’t have to address weight loss. These are just some food suggestions I put together, so there’s actually no need to lose those extra pounds! Make sure you have the proper ingredients before cooking! 

Don’t trust pre-packaged products or grocery store staples if they don’t provide the nutrients you need. Read labels carefully so that you know what goes into your dish and make sure none of it is bad for you. Your diet should be good for your body, your waistline, and for the planet. With this in mind, here are seven outrageous ideas to help you add more vegetables, fruits, and fiber to your diet. We’re faced with conflicting diets, conflicting claims about health and the “perfect” diet. To top it off, the food industry is always trying to find new ways to make their products taste better and more palatable than ever before.
