What is the Software Channel and how can I change it?

It is typically located on your left side on your screen for Windows PC users and on your right side on Mac OSX.

Within the software channel, there are icons that display results of your activity across different social media sites, including articles you have liked on Facebook, tweets you have sent on Twitter, keywords you have searched for on Google, and videos you have watched on Twitch.

These are all filtered into the software channel  based on your activity.
