Not only do you get a lot for your money, but you also get to enjoy a great variety of local attractions. Donalsonville is very close to the lake and a lot of people go there for the lake. In addition to the lake, there are a few restaurants, fun shops, and a nightlife. The only drawback is the distance from home, but you can travel by bus to the airport if you are very short on time.
The reason why I don’t go to my local tourist information center is because I am still too young (the idea that I will be a tourist was always a long-ish dream)-so people do not ask me about tourist information centers.
