The Japanese animation adaptation of Undead Unlock was previously announced in the year, with vocalists Moeka Kishimoto and Yuichi Nakamura slated to portray Fuuko Izumo and Andy, the undead brawler. The tv show will be produced by David Production, better remembered for its employment on JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure and Fire Force, to mention a few. Thanks to designer Yoshifumi Tozuka, the storyline first appeared in the articles of Weekly Shonen Jump, presenting a narrative about a walking corpse finding the ideal partner to finish his origin, partly due to a young girl’s unfortunate powers that scourge her existence.

Synopsis
How this tends to happen when a bad girl meets an undead man? Absolute chaos! Fatigued to killing people unknowingly with her unique ability Fuuko Izumo, unlucky, wants to terminate it all. However, when she goes to meet Andy, a man who craves passing yet is unable to die, she tries to find a reason for living he reveals somebody else capable of providing him the passing he desires. Fuuko craves a passionate relationship akin to the one featured in her favorite shojo manga. Regrettably, her Unluck potential prevents her from doing so. But, just like Fuuko is about to give up, Andy engulfs her off her feet! Then she’s become Andy’s disinclined test subject as he tries to devise a way to cause a stroke of Unluck large enough just to kill him permanently. Nevertheless, when the pair reveals that a secret organization is after them, Andy’s interment plans are put aside.
Writers and Composers
Yoshifumi Tozuka wrote and demonstrated the initiative manga Undead Unluck. The series started serialization in the Weekly Shonen Jump journal in 2020 and has since published a total of 12 volumes, with the latest due out in September. The English license for Undead Unluck has been declared for October 2020 by the American publishing company VIZ Media, best known for licensing Weekly Shonen Jump manga. Since then, the publishing house has published the first eight high volumes of the story arc, with volume 9 due out in October.
Whereas the show hasn’t been the other very famous to arrive out of Weekly Shonen Jump in current history, it still has over 1.5 million copies in print as of February 2022 and that has been awarded a prize. Out of 50 appointees, the movie won the “Print Comic” award at the 6th Next Manga Awards in 2020. Other popular manga that received the same award includes My Hero Academia and Kaguya-same: Love is War.
The animated movie will hero Moe Kahara as Fuuko Izumo and Yichi Nakamura as Andy, as announced earlier. The animated movie will debut in 2023.
Main Storyline of the Anime Characters

Nevertheless, when the pair uncover that a secret organization is after them, Andy’s funeral plans are put on hold.
In May 2021, Viz Media began printing manga. The manga will also be available digitally through Shueisha’s MANGA Plus service.
The incident also indicated that now the Fire Force anime is pairing up its main cast. David’s production (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure) is directed by Yuki Yase. Hideyuki Morioka is developing the animated features, and Kenichiro Suehiro is writing the soundtrack. TMS’s UNLIMITED PRODUCE is creating and making plans for the anime.
What’s New in Upcoming Sequel
This year’s Jump Festa has focused on big headlines from certain notable Shonen Jump franchises, which include Dragon Ball Super, My Hero Academia, One Piece, Chainsaw Man, and others. In addition to new exposes from old favorites, new anime accommodations are being affirmed to help fill out the Shonen genre. Undead Unlock, a new hard hitter who reached the Shonen picture in 2020 and has since offered fans a first look at this film series that is distinct from whatever else, is one huge contribution.

When will the Upcoming Trailer show?
And during the series panel at Jump Festa 2023, the first launch trailer for the Undead Unluck animated series was indicated. Supplemental cast members have also been officially confirmed, which include Natsuki Hanae as Shen and Kenji Nomura as Void. David Creation will create the animation for the series, which will premiere in 2023. TMS Entertainment’s divisional UNLIMITED PRODUCE will generate the set.
