We’ve all been there at some point in our lives. You wake up and turn on the news and are instantly absorbed in the stories of the day. The information overload is almost overwhelming. You might think you’re too busy to get your morning java fix, but there’s an easy fix for that as well. Take a few minutes to stop and reflect. If you need help getting this done, check out our article on how to start today.
We all know this happens. But you don’t have to become neurotic. The solution is easy if you want it. Just start by taking a few minutes to break down your day and start writing down your thoughts and actions. It’s a lot easier to stay in your head when youre not actively thinking about what’s going on and why.
The easiest way to write down your day is to write it out like a poem. Use the same structure to write each morning. Take a few minutes to write each day and then write a poem about that day, or some poem from your life. You can use your own words as inspiration. If you are not actively writing about something, then you can just stop and think about what that means to you. It might be something as simple as a sunrise. Or a sunset.
To write a poem about something is a great way to write. It lets you put things on paper that you think about or that you want to share with others. A poem is also an excellent way to reflect on what you feel in your life. If you’re doing the whole journaling thing, you can take a few minutes to write yourself a poem about your journey. It might be about a sunrise, or a sunset, or some other event that has impacted you.
Writing yourself a poem is a great way to write about your thoughts. And this is something that we all do. The more we write about our lives, the more interesting we get. For example, I have a poem I wrote about my recent trip to Seattle.
There are a lot of things I feel, but I think one of the best ways to capture the feeling of a day in Seattle is writing a poem. If you don’t have the time to write your journal, writing your poem is a great way to get you started. There are some great online resources to help you with this, including the fantastic “Poetry on the Road” course taught by the brilliant poet and teacher, Kiley Johnson.
I also love the fact that we can go back and read the poem that inspired it in the first place. And this is part of the reason I write poems. The other reason I write poems is because I’m sick of being sick.
You know, I’ve been sick for about 17 years now, and I’m still writing poetry. If you’d like to know why I’m writing poems, you just have to look at the sick on my walls. My walls are covered in bandages, my hair is completely out of control, and my fingernails are so badly cut that they’re now going to be painful for me to use for the next few weeks.
That’s because this is the place where my poems end up. If you think I’ve been writing for the past few years, you’re right. I have been writing for so long it’s no longer a surprise.
Im not sure how its possible to write poetry when your body is so badly damaged, but Im sure its true. Thats the reason Im writing poetry right now. The last time I wrote a poem and the ink came out of my fingers I was 17. A lot of life im also remembering happening right now.
