One of the most common questions I get asked is “What’s your favorite summer pasta dish?” If I could be any kind of a chef, it would be the jyllands posten news, a fresh pasta dish made with a combo of fresh tomatoes, basil, and fresh mozzarella. I love it because it makes the most of the best of the local summer produce by using those same ingredients and preparing them in a delicious and easy way.
