The talk is about changing our behavior to be more productive and efficient. If you look at the chart at the top of the video, you’ll see that your brain activity is going from your day to day activities to your evening activities. This is why you don’t really have a “memory” of what you’ve done in the morning, you just have the same habits of mind over and over again.
