When I talk with people about what they do all day, I try and avoid conversations about religion. However, the conversation is often about religion because the other person’s life is on the line.
One of the ways I try and avoid conversations about religion is by making sure any conversation is secular. If you’re going to talk about religion, make sure you talk about how you do it. But what happens when you’re not doing it? Well, just like you don’t talk about religion on your podcast, you shouldn’t talk about religion on your Facebook page. This is a lesson I learned the hard way.
You make it sound like religion is just sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Or something.
I have an issue with the phrase “just sex, drugs, and rock and roll.” It doesn’t always apply to the people who call themselves Christians, and when it comes right down to it, it’s not always sex, drugs, and rock and roll. Some forms of it are, and many are not. Some do have the potential to be, and many don’t.
Well, you know, I used to be a Christian, and I was a good boy. Then, I got in trouble for being a good boy, and I had to go to church to get my penance.
So when we talk about drugs and rock and roll, we are not talking about a person who simply has a taste for pot, or likes to smoke cigarettes. We are talking about someone who has been a good boy all his life. The fact that the people on fox news have been getting caught smoking pot is a bit less shocking. The only problem with that is that pot is probably legal now, so it doesn’t really matter much.
The first thing that you’ll notice about fox news is that it only tells us what we know, not what we don’t know even if we are looking at the data. I think it would be weird to just know what we don’t know, given that we don’t even get to see all the data, and we are talking about many a web site where we can’t see all the data.
Well, if fox is going to talk about pot, it would be better to have it be legal. I mean, I am all for making it legal, but it might be better to just have it be the law rather than the law of the land.
I agree. I also think that if fox is going to talk about pot, it should be legal, but I think that if it’s legal it should be for medicinal purposes only. It would be nice to see more pot commercials, but I am all for medical pot. But I’m ok with the legal prohibition.
I totally agree with the statement that pot should be legalized. That is where the problem is. It is a dangerous drug that can cause horrible side effects. I agree to the point that I think more pot commercials are needed to make the statement that it is not a harmful drug.
