This land is for sale in its entirety by the town government, which means that the land is open for sale. This is a great opportunity for developers to get their hands on, as it is a huge piece of property with an opportunity for a large scale project.
Unfortunately for developers, the government has been in the process of selling off the land to private parties to the point that it is now impossible for them to do any work on the land. I’m not sure what the developer has planned, but it doesn’t seem to be a tourist spot. In fact, the town seems to be full of potential pitfalls. One is that the developer wants to sell the town and the land to developers that are looking to turn it into a tourist trap. I also suspect that the developer may be planning to build hotels, condos, and/or an amusement park on the land.
