Yes, it has its own app store, but it is dwarfed in comparison to the offerings that Apple puts out. This is truly a double-edged sword; yes, there are some excellent apps on Android that are just not available on Apple devices. On the other hand, there are more apps on iOS.
Why Iphone?
The biggest reason to go with an iPhone over any other device is because of its design. People love how it feels in their hands and talk about how satisfying the click of the home button is.
The same can be said for Samsung devices with physical buttons, too. The build quality is a step up from the plastic that you’ll find on a lot of Android devices.
While you can find a lot of great phones for under $300, it’s hard to beat the experience that the iPhone has to offer. It’s hard to go wrong with an Apple product, especially if their reputation speaks for itself.
The downside of Apple products is that they don’t have as many options as Android does.
You can always jailbreak your iPhone, but it isn’t an easy process and one mistake could cause irreversible damage to your device.
The fact of the matter is, Apple developers have more resources available for them than a single individual or company developing an app or phone running on Android does.
Benefits of Android over Iphone :
1. The Android platform is an open source OS, unlike the Iphone.
This means you have a much wider choice of applications to choose from.
You can even download apps from Aptoide, a store that is designed to allow you to find apps for free.
It also means, many people can contribute towards the advancement of this OS and it will be easier to update the OS in the future.
2. Android system comes with a very extensive set of applications and games:
Almost all of which are available for free (except some paid accessories such as games).
3. This system has very few restrictions on its users
Unlike Apple does on its users. For example, on the Iphone system, the user can’t install an application that is more than 30MB in size and which is not certified by Apple.
On the Android system, you can install any application of your choice and it doesn’t need to be certified by Apple for this purpose.
Benefits of Iphone over androids :
1. Iphone system is more user friendly than the android system.
Some applications that you install on the Iphone system don’t ask for permission to access your contacts whether for sending emails or receiving emails.
2. The Iphone system is more reliable than the android system.
If you drop your Iphone, the screen will not break even if it hits the ground hard.
On the other hand, if you drop your Android mobile phone, the screen may break and every application installed on the phone may be damaged
All in all, each mobile operating system comes with its own set of pros and cons that make it unique.
One thing is for sure; the mobile platform that the user chooses to use will not affect their ability to communicate with others via social media or instant messaging services like Viber or Whatsapp.
