While I wouldnt call this a job, it is a job. I had a couple of jobs that I was in over the last couple of months but I am currently unemployed. This is pretty much the same as a job, though with more free time and a bit more money.

I was the person who would go to work and do whatever needed to be done until it was time for me to go home. It was the only job I had. I was the only person there. I had to work in a fairly small office. I could have done better if I’d had more people.

Jobs that involve heavy lifting and pushing yourself to exhaustion are not a blast, but in general they are the very thing that keeps us sane. The thing that keeps our minds off the fact that we have to actually work for pay. The thing that keeps us from falling down the rabbit hole of our work toil. The thing that keeps us from being afraid of looking foolish. There are many jobs you can do if you want and they are not all terrible.
I had heard that automotive companies hire people to be mechanics, but this is the first time I’ve seen the word “automotive” used in such a context outside of commercials. What I mean is that automotive companies hire mechanics to replace the various types of workers that operate the various parts of a car. In the case of a mechanic, they are not necessarily mechanics in the sense that they actually do repair work, but they’re in the more mechanical sense.
