I’m not going to lie to you. I used to watch covid 19 news on television. I’m a huge fan of the news and it was a really interesting topic to watch. Even though I didn’t have a job back then, I still had access to a television. I thought that I was just a normal person, but I was wrong.
Covid 19 has been a topic of discussion for months, with the US government making it the subject of a mass quarantine. Many people have been forced out of their jobs, while others have been forced to take extended leave of absence from their work to try and prevent the spread of the disease. I am going to talk about the latest developments in the investigation into the death of Dr. Peter Foland, the man who was found dead in his home.
Dr. Foland was the first member of the world’s medical community to contract the disease and was the first to be found dead in a home. I have to say that I’m finding this whole thing a little strange as I can’t imagine anyone would leave their home to go out to a party just to end up dead.
I think the most disturbing part of the news is the fact that the news media has been largely mum on the case. Although the death wasn’t officially known until the following day there were several days where no one knew about the death. Also, there are reports that a doctor who had died before the new virus was found has been found alive and well. This raises concern about the possibility that the new virus could have been transferred from that doctor to Dr. Foland.
Covid19 is the new illness that became widespread in the US in late March. At first, it seemed to be a small outbreak, that caused only a few deaths. But then it spread and the cases have now become widespread. There’s not a single case of a death from the new illness. So that means the death toll is now in the hundreds of thousands. And it’s all because of the virus that got into the country in a cluster and then spread out.
Dr. Foland, the first doctor to catch the disease, died from the virus. He was the one who got the most attention for alerting the CDC to the dangers of this virus. This was the time when doctors and hospitals would be looking to get in on the ground floor of a cure or vaccine for the virus before the general public. Now its not just the one doctor who got it and died. Its spread is also spreading to other doctors and hospitals.
The virus has been circulating in the US and abroad for several days now. When they think of a virus that has spread throughout the globe, they think of the CDC. People on the west coast of the US are afraid of its existence. They fear its coming into the country.
Here in Illinois, we have an abundance of doctors and hospitals. Its not just that the virus is here. It is spreading. It’s spreading and everyone is afraid of it. It is spreading and people are dying.
As the death toll from the virus rises, many of us have taken to expressing our fears about this disease. One of our team members has posted on our forum that she has been on a number of visits to the doctor in Chicago and she feels we are being told the same story: a lot of people are dying and not knowing why. We are feeling very helpless.
