Now that it is August, it is time to celebrate the end of summer with some good friends in the oxnard police department. The department is giving away $15,000 in prizes to those who bring in a new police officer.

The department is calling it a “big win” for the department and the city. The department is also giving out $500 in prizes to those officers who sign up for an online academy. It is the fourth year that the department is offering the academy but a member of the department who wishes to remain anonymous said this is the most popular year of the academy so far.

What is an online academy? I have to wonder how a department whose only officers are all volunteers can have such a popular program. I would imagine that if a department like Oxnard is willing to offer a free academy, it would be because they think it will be a win over the cops in the actual department. I like this idea of a department thinking it’s a good idea to offer a free academy to its members.

It sure does seem like the police department in Oxnard thinks its a good idea. After all, the Oxnard police have a lot of complaints about the academy in general. They’re concerned that the academy will be too intimidating for new officers to join, that it will take too long to get trained, and they don’t like the idea of having to pay for things like academy uniforms.

Yeah, that sounds about right. The academy has an intimidating feel to it, the sense that the department is trying to make you feel uncomfortable. And the uniform thing is a little more serious. The academy was designed to teach officers how to defend themselves against violent crime and, as a result, it has a specific uniform to wear and a number. If the academy is going to be too intimidating, it would be a good idea to make it cheaper and less expensive to buy.

If the academy is too intimidating, it would be a good idea to make it cheaper and less expensive to buy. It is not cheap. One of the biggest expenses for any police department is uniforms. The uniform budget is about $2,000 per man, and it may be too expensive for some departments to justify. It would be a good idea to make it cheaper, and that means making it affordable to all departments.

I think that is what should happen. It is too bad that this is not the case though. Police departments are usually the last place you can get cheap uniforms. If we can make uniforms affordable, it will give a lot of departments a reason to get the uniforms they need.

I think that is a good idea. I just think we should be careful about being too cheap. It is a great idea to be able to buy clothes at a department store, but there are a lot of department stores that just throw a whole bunch of stuff on the floor and give you a receipt that is not worth anything. Then you have to go to the store to buy it, or if you don’t know what you want, you have to go to the mall to look for it.

The same goes for a lot of the clothes that police departments give out. A lot of departments are cheap because they don’t have the money to buy the stuff (or they don’t want to pay the cost for it), so they give out the same stuff every year. The people who are supposed to be buying the stuff aren’t buying it, so they give it out anyway.

Not to mention the fact that police departments are just as easily swayed to give out the same clothing as the average joe. They’re a lot easier to convince that buying the same stuff the same year will make them look like the coolest person in the world. Not to mention that the cops are pretty much only wearing the clothes that they want to wear and that the clothes that they wear are mostly the only ones they really own.
