Among the other reasons are that they are so tired that they can’t even fall asleep, they are too hyperactive to fall asleep, and they have the “night sweats” that give one the “tired, sluggish, and sleepy” feeling. If you’re one of these people, you’re probably dealing with insomnia, a sleep disorder.

Sleep disorders are very common. In fact, almost all college students report it. And they are incredibly frustrating. But there are very real ways to treat them, and there are a couple of really good ones.

There are a lot of sleep disorders out there but unfortunately, there are also a lot of people who are just not getting the sleep they need. For example, people who have a sleep disorder tend to be more active during the day than people without a sleep disorder. And the fact that they have more energy throughout the day is a good thing because it means that they feel more alert during the day.

So let’s take a look at some of the ways to treat the sleep disorders out there. There are a lot of “sleep pills” out there, because the general consensus is that there must be something in them that helps the body relax and unwind. There is, however, a serious problem with those pills. The reason is that they tend to be filled with a bunch of chemicals that can affect the brain, with the effects ranging from drowsiness to depression.

This is where the alternative news comes in. These sleep aid pills tend to be marketed as “natural” and “safer.” But there is evidence that alternative sleep aid products are highly addictive and can cause side effects such as confusion, hallucinations, and memory loss.
