A fresh on-set shot has revealed Ed McVey inside the character of Prince William whilst shooting The Crown in chapter six.

McVey, clothed in a polo, tie, with a black blazer, resembled the Prince in his younger years when he was sighted on-site in London.

He won’t serve as the only actor representing Prince William in future seasons, as Rufus 

Cast and Characters

Kampa would portray his adolescent personality. McVey’s narrative will follow Prince William while he attends the University of St Andrews in Scotland in 2001, chronicling the start of his relationship with Kate Middleton.

Kampa will play a youthful Prince William inside the circumstances of his mother Princess Diana’s murder, which will be featured in subsequent episodes of the television series.

McVey and Kampa were not the only newcomers to Season 6, as Coronation Street star Tristan Gemmill has added to the cast in an unspecified capacity.
