Ingredients: 1 cup (160 g) cooked rice, uncooked rice or pasta, unseasoned bread crumbs, half teaspoon poultry seasoning, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, 1 medium onion chopped fine, 3 tablespoons butter melted and cooled slightly, 1 medium celery stalk finely chopped and refrigerated over night. Directions: In a small bowl combine the onion with the celery and mix well. Place in a covered dish and refrigerate overnight. Do not add the bread crumbs directly to the mixture – set aside. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Lightly grease baking pan; set aside. In a medium bowl combine the cooked rice, bread crumbs, poultry seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well until combined.
