Here at WJBD Radio, I’m a big believer that it’s important to have local news that is relevant to your community. I don’t think WJBD should take over the entire local news format and I do think that local radio should do a better job of it.

And in fact, there are a lot of people in my community who don’t even think of themselves as “local.” I’m not suggesting that they’re not local, just that they don’t know what they’re missing.
