By making it easy to share links they can share more information, they can let more people know about wtap and give them more tools to do more with it. The best thing about wtap is that they were using Twitter to help them spread the word about what they were up to.

It’s easy to see how it can be useful, especially when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on in your area.
wtapwire is a really big deal in the wtap community. It’s used by a bunch of folks like me who love wtap and want to keep an eye on it. Its also used by the wtapwire.com team to get the wtapwire.com RSS feed for the wtapwire RSS feed. That’s pretty neat.
In the past, wtapwire has been a huge source of information and knowledge when there was a new hotness on. This is definitely no longer the case. Its really easy to get confused about what wtapwire is doing. And they definitely go overboard when they do their live streams. They are probably the most entertaining thing going on right now.
