We have a lot to cover on covid 19, as it has the potential to be a lot of fun, informative, and horrifying.
As we learn more about how it spreads, and what it’s like to be a survivor, we’re getting more and more concerned about the possibility of the virus ever causing a mass death. We’re also concerned because while there are many different ways to get infected, we don’t know which are the most dangerous. We don’t know how the virus could react to certain drugs or ways of disinfecting the air and water, or what would happen if there were a second wave.
The good news: It looks like the cure for the virus is an antibiotic, and that the cure for the disease is a vaccine. The bad news: The CDC is not releasing that information until sometime in April.

It was believed the virus would stay in the winter and not get a second outbreak, so the CDC decided to make a vaccine that would be available for the summer season. The good news is they are releasing it at a time that is not in the winter. The bad news is it will take awhile for all the testing to be done to see how many people are infected. The good news is the vaccine is supposed to be ready and that it is a safe vaccine. The bad news is these are not the answers you want to hear.
As I have said before, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered and I am glad that the CDC is trying to get it all out there and I hope they can get the answers they are looking for. But the vaccine is not an automatic cure. If people are sick, they will just need to get sick again. If testing shows that there is a vaccine ready, it will be available. But just because something is a vaccine doesn’t mean it is safe.

This is very concerning for the doctors who are treating these people. Of course, it is also a very good reason to get tested for the coronavirus.
